LDS lists *Stephenson Jamison of Jefferson, Ohio (presumably
Jefferson County) as marrying Jane Mehollin or Mahon 27 Dec 1827.
Also he had a sister named Sarah Jameson- same name as his daughter.
He had a son George according to the 1860 census. Sarah's brother george attended her funeral according to her newspaper obituary.
For now this is the circumstantial evidence which makes the link between father and daughter.
